These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the eeqq platform ("eeqq", "we", "us") and its users ("you", "member"). These Terms apply automatically when you access any service through the eeqq.click website or mobile application.

To open an active account on eeqq, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. Registering with false information is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure.

Each individual may only operate one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household ("duplicate accounts") are detected, all accounts and associated balances may be forfeited. Any winnings obtained in violation of these terms will also be voided.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification: After registering on eeqq, you may be required to verify your identity. This may involve submitting a national ID card, passport, or another government-issued document. Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete.

The following rules apply to Sports Betting, live betting, casino games, and other gaming activities on eeqq. Individual events and markets may have their own specific rules, which you should read before placing any bets.

Bet Validity: A bet is only valid once the system accepts it and sends a confirmation message. Bets that are incomplete due to network issues or system errors will be voided and the stake refunded. eeqq reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

Live Betting: Odds can change rapidly during in-play betting. The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet may not be the final accepted odds. eeqq provides an "Odds Change" notification, and you may choose to accept or decline the new odds.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳10 and the maximum limit varies by event
• If an event is cancelled, the bet stake will be refunded
• Bets will not be accepted if the account does not have a sufficient balance
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out option)
• eeqq may void any bet placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error

Deposit: All deposits are credited to your account instantly. No fees apply to deposits. Minimum deposit is ৳100. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited – payments must be made only from an account registered in your own name.

Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business hours. However, processing time may be extended if KYC verification is incomplete or a security review is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

• Withdrawals may be restricted if bonus wagering requirements have not been met
• eeqq reserves the right to suspend transactions suspected of fraud
• Bank transfers may take 1–2 business days to process

Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with wagering requirements attached. For example, a "5x wagering" requirement means you must bet the bonus amount five times before making a withdrawal. If you withdraw without meeting the wagering requirements, the bonus will be forfeited.

Bonus Abuse: Attempting to exploit bonuses through multiple accounts or strategic manipulation will be considered bonus abuse. In such cases, the bonus and any associated winnings may be voided.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting
• eeqq reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
• Each member is eligible for a promotion once only (one per household)

• If bonus abuse or multiple account operation is detected
• In the event of account hacking or attempted cyber attacks
• By order of a court or regulatory authority
• Self-requested closure (Self-Exclusion)

If an account is closed for a legitimate reason, the verified balance will be refunded. However, bonus funds and any winnings derived from rule violations will not be returned.
